Exotic Berry Frozen Yogurt

I love getting my boba drink from this location, but today when I went, they were playing the loudest music on tv it was ridiculous. It gave me a little anxiety.

Horrible service from that old lady and yogurt tasted like rotten eggs 🤮

Staff was too busy gossiping to help me with my toppings. They were too busy with that so they just rushed me through their line and when I told the cashier I wanted more toppings she genuinely felt like my request was an inconvenience to her (I only get four toppings). The yogurt is always good so it’s mainly just the service that’s terrible.

Yogurt was spoiled, owner claimed that was the way it was suppose to taste. Owner stated that I could get another flavor but I would be charged again after already paying close to $30. Horrible customer service, absolute terrible way to run a business.

I went here whenever it was about to close in 3 minutes luckily my drink came out just in time! I ordered the mango boba tea its very good!, I like the taste it has you could taste the fruit I love the natural taste I highly recommend it whenever its pretty late and your craving sweets. Overall great place, quick service, nice workers!

Have been here many times but never written a review so now is the time. I pick up my Granddaughters after school and Exotic Berry is our once a week stop to get the best frozen Yogurt. I get the tart and exotic berry blend myself and they get all kinds of crazy combinations from the many choices of yogurt and toppings. It is nice this location is on our way home. They have a great sitting area if you want to stay and enjoy yourself there, even tables outside. Sometimes it is busy but the service has always been quick and friendly. Favorite frozen yogurt place!

Great flavors and a variety of toppings, however, someone had dumped some frozen yogurt on one of the dispensers and when I was choosing the toppings for my yogurt, one of the ladies cleaned the yogurt from the dispenser and confronted me and my girlfriend and asked if I had dumped that yogurt there. We politely said no but we definitely felt very disrespected and disappointed since it was a place we enjoyed going to.
