Literally pulled up at 10:15 and they turned sign off and locked the doors. So no, it's not open till 10:30 that's a lie. Workers were laughing seeing us having to leave.

I had a wonderful experience at Exotic Berry recently, and I wanted to give a special thanks to Alondra. She was incredibly attentive and respectful throughout my visit, making sure everything was perfect. The store was also very clean, which I always appreciate! It's rare to find such a positive and dedicated attitude, and I truly wish more people had her approach to customer service. Alondra's excellent service made my visit memorable! This place is very overpriced I guess it’s my fault for not checking the price but then they added a 5 dollar tip and I found out two days later

They definitely over charging. Cause tell me why my regular order in Weslaco is $6 and here is $11? Crazy. Also the ice cream was already soft and melting, and the ladies attending super cold and distant.

I honestly don’t like leaving bad reviews but I just hope they do better. The service wasn’t great. Lady serving on 4/27/26 seemed really distracted and was on her phone a lot while working. I also noticed some hygiene issues, she was touching her phone and other things, and even eating while cutting strawberries, all with gloves on. It kind of defeats the purpose of wearing gloves and didn’t feel very clean. She’ had trouble serving my family and I because she was working with all our yogurts at the same time and kept forgetting which one she was working on. Very disappointing. Some of the yogurts were also not working and empty. Probably won’t come to this location veer again. Sticking to North 10th st since my family loves Exotic Berry.

I politely asked her to change her gloves, and she refused. Instead of addressing the concern, she became defensive and told me to “just leave” if I didn’t like it. No customer should be treated that way for raising a legitimate hygiene issue.

Food safety should be a basic priority, and customer concerns should be taken seriously not dismissed with attitude. I won’t be returning.

Such good yougurt Alondra was very nice

We like frozen yogurt but the employee who charges is not honest. We paid with card and gave us the receipt and when I looked at my statement she had over charged us.

43!! For 2 cups of yogurt. Insane....

We visited this shop with a group of five, and while the frozen yogurt was good, the service felt uncomfortable. The older lady employee kept closely watching us as we tried samples, and there was a mistaken accusation on us spilling a small amount of yogurt . After I clarified which cups were ours, she acknowledged the mistake, but overall, the interaction felt off. Hopefully, they can work on their customer approach.”

Smells disgusting in here. Walked right out, if it smells that gross I can’t even imagine the way they clean the machines here…
