Absolutely amazing…I am originally from the valley but live in Florida now. My husband is Jordanian and I am so incredibly proud of the diversity the valley has to offer. Fares was at the top of our list and they did not disappoint. The lamb was flavorful, tender, and cooked to perfection. The hummus was divine as was the coffee. Thank you for the impeccable service and hospitality. 🤲❤️

They have always been welcoming and extremely accomodative. I like how the taste is always consistent. Food is always fresh and has authentic middle eastern touch to it.
I wish they had fresh kunafeh, I will start visiting twice as much if they introduce it.
