The quality of the food is excellent—great taste and generous portions. I really enjoyed it. However, the nutritional information on the sticker is not accurate. I weighed the food myself using a food scale and calculated the macros and calories, and the actual values were nearly double what was listed. I believe this is something that definitely needs to be addressed for those of us who closely track our intake.

Please give employee Emma on buddy Owens a raise & praise! It was my first time ordering and she helped me so much! she was soo sweet and very polite 10/10 customer service, these days a lot of employees tend to be short or get frustrated with questions, she did not. Very positive attitude definitely will continue ordering from u guys! The food tastes amazing too! Most meal prep places food tastes a little bland but u guys def take time on these meals. Chefs kiss! 🤯👌🏻😋

I've tried build a prep and fork to fit, by far Fit Grill is the best in mu opinion. Love the poblano stuffed peppers and the chicken fried rice, among the other meals. Just simply Amazing!! I will definitely keep on going 😋
