I asked for crispy fries. Girl at the counter said yes. Watched the guys make them. Reminded them. The guy who handed me the bag said they couldn't do it. I wouldn't of reviewed if they guy had just told me they weren't going to do it.
While I was there 3 other customers had complaints.

I knew that Five Guys is one of the best hamburger chains, being from Mexico where it does not exist, we met them by chance in Kuala Lumpur where it was a delight, a great experience. That's why we came with full enthusiasm and expecting something similar, however, in every aspect it was something very different, the place didn't look completely clean, the service wasn't entirely warm, the potatoes were very salty, the soft drink with Too much water, the burger good, but not spectacular. In short, it is necessary to achieve the proper experience.

I had a meal in here this evening. Two pandhandlers came into the store selling trinkets. They asked the four young people working behind the counter if they wanted to buy any of the trinkets then after being told no they went to each customer in the restaurant trying to sell their goods. All the staff watched them continue going table to table. After my meal I asked for the manager and was told three of them were managers. I suggested they not allow panhandlers to go up to each customer in their restaurant trying to eat, without being asked to leave. Two of the boys said they told them no but could not do anything else. Appreciating they were all young, I told them as managers they have the authority to tell people to leave if they want and suggested when they saw them continue bothering customers they should again ask them to leave. One of the young men became a little indignant saying he doesn’t need me giving him advice and that he can’t just push them out of the store. I shared with him I was a police officer for 30 years and am aware of what they can and can’t do and I was just trying to help them.

The hamburgers seemed very normal to me, the mat at the entrance was slippery and when I tried to grab the door handle it came off, almost and I dropped the food

The burgers have a good flavor but nothing out of this world, somewhat expensive 🥴 in service; The attitude of the employees leaves a lot to be desired. The place was somewhat dirty, including the table where we sat (we had to clean it ourselves). Honestly, I would not return. There are better options. 🫠

Delicious burgers and milkshakes, excellent tasting burgers with bacon and cheese. Delicious peanuts that they give away at the beginning and super interesting the fact that they publish the type of potatoes that are being used that day and their origin, be careful with the salt in them, they have been too salty for me in the last 2 times. The parking was very good and as a detail the floor of the place was very slippery since it felt greasy it must have been due to the steam from the kitchen but be careful with a client falling because because of that it felt greasy you had to walk very slowly .
