This was an impromptu group walk in on a Sunday. Great service and food. They had a great wine special. Split the 32 oz. Porterhouse between me, my wife and daughter. Very good.

The family had a good time and a great meal. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was served at the right time and was good. If you are in a party that is larger than 2 and you plan on ordering a lot of food, you might consider the center tables and not the booths. The booth tables are narrow and there was not enough room - a minor inconvenience. The prices are similar to Sante Fe Steakhouse and the food is as good.

Upscale food, great drinks. Had rack of lamb and prime steak. Service was perfect. Definitely choosing this place over the often overcrowded and slow service at Pappadeaux's.

The food and service were excellent. I had not been since the venue reopened with new names and concept. So, this my first time with little knowledge of what to expect. It did not dissapoint. It was nice fine dining experience.

We reserved the Tequila Room for an intimate celebration with family. We could not have been more pleased with the whole experience. Thank you for making this evening memorable.
Service was poor. From confused ordered to a long wait on waiting for a reorder. Then the wrong check and not leaving a pen to sign. At almost every step of my visit there was some failing that made this hard to enjoy. Yes the atmosphere is nice and the food is good to even great but for as much hassle I got this was the most I've paid for lousy service.

First of all, this place is basically attached to a Bowling Alley which kind of killed the otherwise relaxed ambience for me. The noise from the Alley noticeably bleeds over into the restaurant and when I went the restaurant was pretty empty so it was hard to ignore. The Filet I had was rather tasty but I'm not sure if I'd say it was 27 dollars tasty. It seemed like it was missing something at that price. I've been to Ruth Chris Steakhouse where the Filet melts in your mouth and this Filet didn't seem to be at that level. Given this place advertises their place as, "a Five Star experience" on their website I'd say they came up short in this regard. Especially with a loud Bowling Alley right next door.

We had a Christmas party for our staff planned well in advance (2 months) w/ Grande Grill. By the time the date arrived, 2 of the managers we spoke with didn't work there any longer.

Very disappointed. A group of four of us were there on a Friday night and we were the only group on the restaurant side. I expected the food to be better considering the price. I ordered a New York strip (medium), it was WAY over cooked and had absolutely NO flavor. I had to ask the server for A1 sauce! The waitress seemed lost as if it was her very first day on the job. Another person in the group ordered a poblano soup and found a hair in it. They brought a fresh soup and gave us a dessert to make up for the soup. It was a slice of cheesecake. The cheesecake was dry and also had no flavor. I would have preferred a steak from Longhorn's over this place. Will not be returning. If it even last that long! It has changed several times in the short time it has been open.
