The restaurant looks so clean and the kitchen looks clean and presentable. The food was hot, crispy and fresh. The chicken was seasoned and fried to perfection, lots of flavor, not drenched in grease, crispy and juicy. The service was great too, the cashier came to us immediately and greeted us and took our order and got it out fast. I'm definitely recommending this location for fast service and delicious crispy chicken.

I came to eat with my family at this location, and unfortunately, the visit was very disappointing. This is not the first time I’ve seen the manager standing around talking with employees instead of assisting customers. On this visit, I was waiting to be helped while the manager was laughing and chatting with a male employee, giving the impression that customers could wait while they socialized.

A young woman eventually took my order, but her name tag wasn’t visible so I couldn’t identify her. After some time, I noticed she was on her phone messaging, and my order still had not come out. When it finally did, the food was cold.

Additionally, when I took my grandson to the boys’ restroom, the condition was unacceptable. It smelled terrible and the floor looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in months.

Overall, the lack of professionalism, slow service, and poor cleanliness left a bad impression. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements.

This location is extremely dirty. If the lobby is this dirty. I hate to see what it looks like behind the counter. The soda machine has brown goop all over. The tables had so much trash in food all over the floor. The floor is sticky. They had a caution wet sign on the floor in front of the soda machine. Literally fall on what? Whatever it was,was stuck on the floor and hard. I bought the 20 dollar double mash. The chicken look so dark and dry. Like they fried it 3 different times. On 3 different days.I had to use the restroom. I would rather pee on myself then go in that bathroom. I ended up throwing it away. Before I got home. A waste of 22 dollars. If I could give y'all negative stars I would.

I haven't been inside to describe the atmosphere. The food is consistently delicious, though! I don't care for the app. You have to order ahead of time to get points on the app.

Honestly it's not like it used to be as most things are nowadays the chicken doesn't have the spiciness and the flavor that it had before. KFC I would rethink the strategy on The Taste for business sake. For the amount of money that we pay for an 8-piece and for biscuits and a drink was $30 I will not go back.
