Best tacos in the RGV! Wish they had a location in Brownsville.
Had the quesa birria plate, the meal was fantastic and came out in good time even while busy. 10/10

Tacos MAZATLAN is an excellent Mexican restaurant located in McAllen. The food is delicious and outstanding, with highlights including the asada sincronizada, carne asada tacos, gringas, Matamoros tacos, roasted onions, roast potato, and charro beans. The restaurant is known for its amazing flavored meat, including the tripa with trompo mix and the trompo with asada mix, which customers describe as the most authentic Mexican tacos they have ever tried. The quality of the meat is outstanding. The self-serve salsa bar and chips, along with great salsas, provide a wonderful accompaniment to the meals. The bistec was tender and good cuts. The beans stood out because of the chorizo in them, a great combination. The food is always cooked to order and piping hot.
