Read that this Luby's location is serving Smashburgers w/fries as a Chef's Selection option during the lunch hours on Wednesdays only, had to check it out and we were definitely impressed and most content. ???
My food was a tad cold, need to keep hot and ready food at 165 degrees.... to avoid batcteria! The staff was standing around talking about last night affairs. But when they saw the manager make rounds, they scattered like flires. Our waitres never came by to see if we needed anything! Need improvement on customer service from the serving people, cashiers and wait staff! I was surprised this was going on while restaurant was almost empty. More smiles to patrons would be great!...read full review
