Customer service is amazing. Some one is there to greet you as you come in and some one opens your door when you get out. Our waiter was very attentive to our order and everything was brought out in a timely manner. Our drinks were amazing! They looked and their presentation were exactly what we wanted. The food wasn’t good. We had the guacamole with ribeye and the meat had no taste. The chips on the food were not crispy even when you see the burnt parts that would make you think it’s crunchy. We also ordered a dish with chicharrón pork belly with salsa. The meat was dry. Felt like they had over cooked the meat. The salsa they used though was amazing. All in all customer service and drinks are amazing here.
Food was mediocre for the price. We went for lunch so maybe it's more of a dinner atmosphere place. I can see how it can look nice at night but it was not worth the prices. The service was good. If you try it out, I highly recommend the Tamarindo and Mango Margarita...only thing we tried that was good.
It had been a long time since we had eaten something so good and of such quality. The food is excellent, each dish you try makes you want to try another one that brings out other diners. A highly recommended site.
First time here. Atmosphere looks nice but music was loud for only two 3 tables occupied. Service was good but had to hear with music to loud. Food tried the pasta with octopus do not recommend. The pasta sauce and the sauce on octopus don't go well together. Partner had fajitas with rice and mashed potatoes. Rice is just like any other Mexican restaurant no flavor. Mashed potatoes also lacked butter and salt. Fajita was dry. Price wise not worth it, overpriced for food that taste like many other places.
The same problem here in the rgv service is just bad our waiter took forever, and even to bring the check ready the other waiters came by and checked up on us Which is great but when u asked for something they would bring it so I don't see what the point was.As far as the food it's ok bit on the pricey side $28 for a plate of mole is overkill nothing special about the plate a chicken breast with a very small about of mole with the smallest side of rice and again just regular rice nothing special or fancy about it.Honestly, I wouldn't recommend
Pros: Food is real Mexican taste, Wide variety of dishes and beer, prices are reasonables and Hosts are really good on customer service.Cons: music is loudy, they "charge" you the gratuity without notice!! this is rude. For me was not an issue service was great even I added an additional tip. but Gratuity is NOT mandatory.
Parking: Around 100 shared lots for parking
Very disappointed in the service my group received Thursday night. 30 minutes just to get our drinks (2 margaritas, a shot tray) and take our food order. By that time we closed out and decided to dine elsewhere. Music and ambience was nice. Service needs major improvement.
Energetic cheerful atmosphere, nice place, the food was not good, dessert was ok. You pay for the experience.
The service was good. The food was delicious, and the drinks were awesome! The atmosphere is very energetic. I loved the Torito show!!
Best experience ever! Haven’t had a good dinner in years! The service was the best, Andrea did a really great work. I highly recommend this place! I’m so happy there’s a traditional Mexican Cuisine in McAllen.

One of the most pleasurable restaurant experiences I’ve had here in the valley. The waitstaff was friendly and very attentive/fast paced. The food was delicious and full of unique flavors and the atmosphere was bright and full of life a very fun overall experience would highly recommend
