Went there about a week ago. Was busy and short staffed. Crystal was doing an excellent job of taking orders, helping customers pay, taking orders to tables and picking up the garbage for people still sitting and visiting. Was very impressed by her hustle. Keep up the good work Crystal. 👏

It’s been over a month, that I went to McDonald’s and did not get what I ordered. Didn’t even get a receipt told the young man at the second window that my soda was watered down and didn’t offer to make me a fresh one gave me the wrong burger. I got a phone call from the manager and she offered to send me a coupon or something in the mail which I never received so I’m done with McDonald’s

I’m really disappointed with our visit. The chicken nuggets were hard and not fresh at all. Every table in the dining area was dirty, and it was clear that no one had cleaned them in a while. When I went to the counter, all the employees were standing around laughing and joking. I even heard the manager tell them to stop messing around, but they ignored him and kept goofing off.
It’s completely fine to have fun at work, but not when the restaurant is a mess and customers are being ignored. This location clearly lacks proper management and customer care. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.

9PM - 03/19 Wednesday. Ordered a bacon quarter pounder. Kindly told the lady at the drive thru that they forgot the bacon and she made me open the burger and show all the layers just to prove I wasn’t lying. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous but I complied. Then she took my bitten into food and made me wait another 5 minutes when she could have just given me the missing ingredient. Very poor customer service. There was no line, no customers inside, so there was no need for the attitude. The employees look unhappy, like they don’t want to work. At no point was I rude to them.

They say that they don’t open until 5:30 but online and their app says that they are open. The lady at the window was very rude and wouldn’t let me speak. When I did get the chance to speak she cut me off. Very rude service, especially when it’s only 7 mins before they say they open
