EVERYTIME I have ordered and came here. Not only was my food cold, wrong, or my drink tasted funky. The people are rude, and CS sucks. I recently ordered a few drinks, and one of them tasted like Alka Seltzer. I was a little disappointed. Because I try to give this particular establishment the benefit of doubt. But the same outcome.

If you want the worst CS this would be the McDs to come to. The employees act like they are untouchable after they’re the ones that are rude. Including the manager on duty who hung up on me after I told her they are making go all the way back for something they forgot. I didn’t enjoy my meal bc of them. Too many young irresponsible employees. McDonald’s you need to change your staff not the look of the restaurant.

Rude cashier!!! I ordered a caramel frappe and she gave charged a coffee and I when I told her I said frappe not coffee she got super rude with an attitude telling me rudely that I said coffee which i didn’t! I said frappe!!! Then rude told me I had to pay difference which obviously I don’t mind but she doesn’t have to be so freaking rude about it!!!!

Terrible service. The workers are miserable. Slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. AC doesn't work and dining room is hot and dirty. Bathroom smells filthy. This particular McDonald's is consistently the worst in service and cleanliness.

I ordered on the mobile app and the manager noticed I had been waiting for a minute so without me asking anyone about my order she checked on it and gave me an apple pie for the wait
People here is rude and not welcome you food is cold and hamburger bread is hard and cold cheese is also frozen your order will always miss

Terrible food service. Ordered buy one get one Qtr Pndr and a basket of fries. The curbside girl brings it and has NO ketchup in her tray, so why bring the tray?? I get home and am missing one burger..I call and go back, ask for fresh fries too. I get it and get home, the burger is cold, no ketchup but like 2 dots and no onions…AND THE FRIES ARE OLD COLD AS CRAP. I call back again, Daisy the manager just meekly says “oh I’m so sorry”….and that’s it- I had to tell her her service and food sucks and she needs to fix it !! She didn’t care…she just said “oh ok.”

I placed a curbside order at 9:00 and didn’t receive my food till 9:50 after calling them they said they were on their way I waited 10 minutes no one came so I decided to get me and the baby down to find my food just sitting there and nobody taking it out and then when I ask, the girl is giving me attitude for complaining that they took 50 minutes to make a big breakfast and a Mc griddle worst experience ever

Parking: Limited parking close to the restaurant, some are mobile order spots and handicap spots too so most if the time the regular spots are taken. Most of the regular parking spots are further away past the drive thru.
