The bar service is below par, lots of people waiting in line, only one server during peak hours… this may because hotel is trying to curb happy hour drinks….. by far this place is on a down hill path…
Corning Inc, look for another place to lodge your employees….

So very disappointing for a dinner. We loved it when it was On The Border.
I ordered chicken enchiladas. Molè sauce was lacking flavor. The al dentè cooked red and green bell peppers were not expected and actually did not enhance the enchiladas. The best part of my meal was the rice.
My husband ordered the shrimp tacos, 1 grilled and 1 fried. The grilled he said was ok, but missing flavors. The fried one was heavily battered and the tails were left on the shrimp! He was unable to eat it as a taco.
The atmosphere is dismal at best. For the hotel parking lot to be full, one would expect more people eating there. Not the case. We did address our disappointment with our server. He did address with management regarding the shrimp with tails on and we did get compensated appropriately.
For a place with a menu heavy on seafood, the chef should know how to prepare it properly. We will not be back.

We thought we were going to On The Border but it's now this place. Food was good and reasonable prices. Drinks good but NO specials. The girl that waited on us did seem like she really wanted us there. Was always talking with other employees. We were the only ones there, a table of 6, and service was slow. The kitchen was open to the dining area and it was noisy. I noticed that in the reviews area there is something about salsa. We were told they did NOT have salsa. We wanted to order chips and salsa and were told didn't have

I took my son to OTB for his birthday lunch. We used to go to an OTB in Illinois and loved the Rancheladas so we were looking forward to the same meal here. We were very disappointed. Apparently this restaurant has an entirely different way of preparing Rancheladas. They were terrible. The steak was overdone and neither of us liked the enchiladas.
My son ordered the Tres Leches dessert which was supposed to be nut free. It apparently was not because he had a reaction to it. The service was not very good either. We spent over $80.00 on food that we didn't care for. We won't be back.

I placed a pickup order. When I got home, I opened the containers and found half my food was missing. They gave me a single enchilada and never gave me my two empanadas.

Staying at the Hotel that this location is inside of. Ordered from their menu to have food delivered to our hotel room. Was told 15 minutes. After 1 hour of waiting, I called the restaurant only to find out that our order was never prepared. They took the order, repeated it and promised 15 minutes. Now I’m finding out they never prepared the order. They offered no apology and generally acted like they didn’t care. My order was placed outside of peak dining hours.

Came in here walking around the area hearing the music. Atmosphere was nice with live music but it is a much older crowd so nothing crazy just people dancing. Food was ok mixed drinks not so good we actually tossed two drinks that werent good at all. Had indoor bar and indoor/outdoor seating live music is outside.

Food was delicious, but they opened an hour late, with the only explanation being "Can't find him."
Can't find who? The person who's suppose to open the restaurant?

Horrible service, it's all new people that don't know what they're doing. Management is horrible. I miss what embassy used to be when Paola and Jess used to work there. Where's Germain?
