I wanted to try the brisket and quart chicken plates but the brisket tasted watered down as if they boiled it and the chicken was too dry and the rice was salty and doesn't taste like texas BBQ. I was very disappointed with the experience, I hope you guys fix the way you guys cook bbq.

Decide to come in tonight and try it out. Ordered the cattleman’s plate. The guy informed that they were out of ribs so I substituted more brisket instead. The chicken and sausage were really good. All 3 sides were really good as well but I was very disappointed with the brisket. Super dry and hard to eat. Needless to say I wasted lots of brisket. But all in all I give the meal a 4 out of 5
