The Republic of the Rio Grande

Dinner was great, food was amazing and the waiter was very attentive to our needs throughout our visit.

This was our first time at The Republic of Rio Grand and we were very pleased with the experience. Before I get to the positive its important to note if you're looking for a quiet place to eat this isn't that. However, if you enjoy a lively atmosphere, great food, and service it fits the bill. Our meals were delicious! I had the ribs and my wife had pork chops. Both were fresh and flavorful. Our server, Natalie, was friendly and attentive. The evening was quite enjoyable and if we would have had more time we could have stuck around for live music. I recommend checking it out. The menu includes everything from steak to wood fired pizza, burgers and so much more. Prices were reasonable fir what you get. We will definitely be back !

Anthony was our server. I hate running out of my drink. Anthony kept bringing us refills before we were finished with the previous drink. I’m 65. We eat out a lot. That’s the best attention and service on our drinks I’ve ever had. Plus we were a table of 8. The food was excellent as always. I’ve never had a bad meal here.

Great food. Prompt and friendly service. Little to no wait time to be seated. Preferably make a reservation just in case there’s a big party going on. Must try every dish at least once. Food is all great. Anthony caters to your every need.

Highly recommend the food here, especially the flat iron steak. Our server was Lenny and he was very proactive.
