The service provided by Sergio and rest of the staff was superb. The Salmon plate was off the hook, it was so good. Wife had the Texas filet and she was so pleased with her entire meal. We will definitely be back again.
If you are looking for great food with THE BEST service, not to mention a fun and memorable atmosphere, you have got to go to The Republic of the Rio Grande! Our server, Miguel Calderon, was awesome! I asked him a ton of questions on various dishes because I was undecided on what to order. He was super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful.
