Greet place and concept. The food was great although we thought the chocolate beignets miss the mark. The pork chop is awesome but the carrots had little flavor. The Mac & cheese is amazing. Wish they had a better moscato but the Paloma was really good.

Knowing Chef Delgado’s dedication to the community and his efforts to support local food banks, I was excited to try his renowned cuisine. Dining there with my daughter was a unique, unforgettable experience—a true journey of flavors from start to finish.
Each dish, from appetizers to dessert, was crafted with incredible attention to flavor and presentation. Sitting by the kitchen was a treat, allowing us to watch the team work and interact closely with our amazing server, Hugo. We were well taken care of by the chef and his team, who ensured every moment was special. I’ll be making the 2.5-hour journey back to McAllen soon for another visit!

I went here with a friend in August and the food was absolutely to die for! I wish I could have it again but live in a different state. The blue crab soup was the best thing I have ever eaten and I want so badly to know how to recreate it. So Salt if you want to give me the recipe I would love you forever ❤️.

After a long day at work today I was very pleased to have been helped by the staff at SALT. The manager, Beca, was so very kind and on top of things. She really made it a pleasurable experience. I will be coming back!
we went to dine here for the first time and as a vegetarian i always worry about options especially at a new restaurant but the customer service at this place was exceptional. Rebecca one of the managers explained to me all the vegetarian options they had and made me feel very comfortable asking any questions about my dietary restriction. our waiter Gilbert gave excellent service and was very attentive to our needs. will definitely be coming back to salt
