You should create a point system to get a free appetizer or 15% off next visit. It would get people to go back. Also maybe rewards for birthdays for those enrolled. I would appreciate a free appetizer. Great service and an awesome chef.
We showed up on a Thursday late afternoon and had the best service ever! Big al, the manager was so welcoming and accommodating, and Marco our tableside cooking chef was just fabulous. Could not believe how much food there was for just two people. We will absolutely go back.
Chris our cook is awesome and very friendly, we love his cooking and the portions have improved 🥰 Our young server(hadn’t seen him before) was so attentive and sweet, our drinks were constantly refilled and our plates cleared. I had given up on Shogun but definitely happy we didn’t. My son’s 23rd birthday lunch was a success♥
