the huge variety of salad makings and alot of lettuce and greens variety also,plus flat bread pizza,six kinds of soups changing flavors daily thru the week,,chili,, baked potatoes and baked sweet potatos,then breads,brownies ECT,,fruit ,cake, if you can think of it I'm sure they have it,,ice cream,,I can't name it all,,please don't take it away,,the staff is the best,,love them as much as the salads,,it's home away from home...

Our food was fresh and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always attentive to make sure we did not have used dishes on our table and our drinks were full. It was a very good experience for me and my family on our vacation.

It was a bit too pricy for the quality of the premade salads and soups. The soups tasted like they were out of a can and the main seasoning was salt. The greens and fresh produce wasn't bad, but there was little out on the bar for a party of 5. We cleaned out a few items and they were never replaced. I would understand that if it was the end of the day but this was mid afternoon. Has great potential though.

I should've read the reviews before coming here, twice. SMH. My recent experience here was horrible. We will never come here again. We visited the McAllen store on 5/29 at 7:30pm. When we paid they refused to take the app. When I went to get pizza, they said they were out. I tried to get taco shells and they said they were out. I tried to make nachos, but the cheese sauce was solidified. When we got the fettuccine Alfredo it was very cold. We got some breadsticks (and cornbread) and they were very very stale from being under the burner. When we tried to get the pasta shells soup, it had no flavor at all. The other soups were very mushy. The salad dressing spoons were disgusting. When we were eating, they turned over all the chairs in a very evident, 'get out, were closing behavior'. Both 'kids' working there were very sullen, care free and itching to leave. No manager from what we can tell. The only decent items were the salad materials. They were at least cold and somewhat fresh. This was the second time we visited here. And both times were bad but this was way worse. This is the last time we come here.

Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. Food was delicious and I enjoyed the Chicken enchilada soup. Only wish there was a Souper Salad in Harlingen
I had excellent service! I paid about $12 for the buffet, a piece of grilled chicken and a water which they provided lemon and ice for. There was a lady who would check on you regularly to make sure everything was ok and to refill ice and lemon or take your plates if needed. It was a great experience. The buffet had everything for a great salad and it also had some pasta, soups, a taco bar area and one pizza next to the taco stuff. I would definitely go again.
