I deleted my good review from 3yrs ago . Yesterday, I went by with my son through drive thu to order the lavender oat milk latte and one lavender oat matcha . They got the order wrong . The cashier snaps at me , “ I asked you if that is what you wanted!” And I quote. Never have I’ve been yelled at by any employee at any restaurant. I know what I ordered so not only was she wrong , but she is not good in customer service.

The people at this location are thee most friendly people I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks. Love this location, randomly stopped outside my normal routine, and now I maybe hooked.
I ordered a simple feta wrap along with a balón sandwich, under my friend's name, she received her sandwich but mine was forgotten.I rejected the wrap that was BARELY going to be made because they were TOO busy doing other orders that mine was conveniently left out. NO courtesy VOUCHER for a meal or anything. I felt embarrassed at the thought of being forgotten and left out.The cashier just refunded my money.The FEELINGS I went through this morning I don't wish them on anyone else.

Just went to get a white hot chocolate with peppermint and whip cream. After leaving, I tasted that it was coffee tasting with peppermint. Whoever is making the drinks this morning is not on their “A” game. Disgusting! Will not return to this location.
