Easily the best Starbucks in McAllen. They are quick and consistent, and friendly as well. I would gladly travel 5-10 minutes out of the way to get my coffee fix at this location

The service is horrible. They do the bare minimum and say hi and bye but do not genuinely care about the customer experience. It is obvious their focus is all about the drive thru. I placed a mobile app order in the store and it took them 15 min and me finally going up to the counter to inquire, for the barista to pour my black coffee. That is ridiculous. And his excuse was that he didn't see me thats why he didn't have my order ready. Everyone knows you should fulfill the order in the order it comes, yell the name out, and done. The general manager should do something about this. Go to the Starbucks on Jonquil or McColl instead and save yourself the frustration.

I had an issue with their app and was confused about their promotion. Peter was very helpful and very patient explaining to me how it worked.Service is great most of the time... the only thing I do have to say is that their morning employees should maybe get a bit more training because my morning coffees are never consistent. I always order the same coffee and sometimes it's too sweet and others is just perfect. I did go on Monday, early morning around 9:30/9:40 am. I had asked for 2 "extra toasted ham and Swiss" and they were white. I also had my usual order of "brown sugar shaken expresso" and it was VERY sweet. I did tell the guy in the window, a gentelment with tattoos and a very unique name, and he kept coming up with excuses that it was the way they always made it when I kept telling him it wasnt usually that sweet. Instead of stepping up their customer service he seemed very annoyed. I told him it was my usual and it wasn't suppose to be that sweet or "light" in color, to which he kept dismissing me. They eventually "fixed it" but it still wasn't right so I just took it. This was my first time going and him being at the drive thru window.A gentelmen, one who has a beard and mustache and wears glasses, he is usually there at the drive-thru window and is always such a sweet heart and always in such a good mood. More people like him should be at the drive-thru instead of employees who just seem irritated. Not a very good start to my morning I would say.

I've been to a lot of locations in the valley, and this location has made the same drink that I order everywhere. The best, it's so good I don't even know what's the difference, but it's a lot sweeter, and I love it.

Feel Sorry for the employees.The manager in turn, really shocked me with her attitude.I have been MANY, MANY times to this location Always Great service, but today it shocked me how rude, unpolite, and unprofessional the manager (she) was.We ordered drinks and food. I went back to ask for a plastic knife. Asked once, " Excuse me Mam " so I asked a little louder, but nothing, I got a little closer, and then she turned, then I asked politely for a plastic knife. She confronted me and very rudely told me to please back off and ask me to request it from the cashier, that was busy at the time.I thought i was been very polite, but her rudness really shocked me. For nothing.If somebody from Starbucks is monitoring this, please get her attention.

No complaints. We usually go through the drive through at this location when we’re shopping on this side of town. The line can get pretty long. No complaints on my orders just that we drive away frequently bc of the long line but it is to be expected.

Every time I order through Uber eats I hate that it comes from this location. I hate that they always forget the caramel drizzle or cold foam, they literally make the iced coffee look like milk with foam. Like no caramel no cold foam with cinnamon powder. McColl and Nolana, & new one in nolana & expressway cage are the best ones yet. Wish Uber eats would use those locations instead.
