The girl who helped me there in the afternoon was very rude, as if she was in a bad mood, she made gestures at me, she never answered me, nor did I speak to her in English and Spanish, from then on everything was very good.
Yesterday was my birthday and we went to Starbucks for a desert drink and I wanted to treat myself for my special day. I ordered the Cookie crunch chocolate chip Frappuccino and Mrs. Crystal made it for me and it was delicious! She drew balloons on my cup with a Happy Birthday, she went out of her way to make it special for me even though there was a lot of people. Everyone is super nice and cordial but Crystal, I will always remember this❤️Thank you again
i really loved the environment of this store, every employee welcomed me with a lovely "welcome". most importantly this one barista named Ivan helped me out, & he nicely helped my way through my order. thank you starbcuks at La Plaza Mall
