Taco Palenque Auburn & North 10th is a restaurant with great food and good service. The staff is on top of everything, and the customer service is impeccable. The dining room is clean, and the manager provided superb customer service. This new establishment has the company concept down to a T, with consistent food across this growing chain. They also have the best coffee machine, serving fast and hot coffee.
While the food is great, the service can be slow, with a wait for orders and occasional order mistakes. Some customers have experienced issues with drive-thru staff who seemed bothered and rude, lacking manners and etiquette. Despite these instances, the restaurant offers a good meal experience with great food.
