So I was walking my dogs by archer Park and I smelt something amazing everybody knows what grilled onions smell like and it draw my attention to the food truck area. When I got there, I smelt the onions and walked straight to this food truck. They weren’t open then they were prepping, which I understood so I looked over the menu, I finish walking my dogs which is only a few blocks away and waited till they opened. I did some gardening and then I finally went about 6 o’clock....
Matamoros Tacos are a true culinary delight, bursting with authentic flavors. The tacos de nopales and pastor, complemented by the sweet tang of grilled pineapple and the perfect kick of red salsa, were absolutely satisfying. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff making the experience even better.
These guys are the real deal! I'm not sure what all these one star reviews are about the servers being rude. They were so kind to us! We were visiting my parents from Austin and were looking for real Mexican tacos that austin just does not have. These men were sweet and kind, they even recognized us when we came back the next day.
