Depending on the time of day, lines and the wait can be long. So, when the employee at the window directed me to park and said someone would bring my order, I thought great! They're speeding the process. Most recently I was the only car in line but was still asked to pull over which I thought strange since there was no line or anybody waiting to order. I finally understood when the runner brought my order and just stood there very awkwardly. I realized after I left he was expecting a tip. Is asking me to pull over a celver way to earn tips? Should I have tipped? Regardless, the smoothies are the best and I have one daily.

We went to order two smoothies and after we ordered and were charged we were told oh by the way we only have lids cups so we will put your smoothies in more than one cup. Not only did they do that but it was spilling all over and had no ice I literally drank a liquid smoothie. It was disgusting. I will never go there again. Waste of money. It went in the garbage.

Usually no problems, love the smoothies but today I ordered a Acai berry blast and when i got it and took a sip I noticed it was the wrong one, went back and guy at the window rudely asked what I had ordered, told him and mentioned I drank from the smoothie, he grabs it and hands me another one then closes the window. So MARTA who ordered Acai berry blast, sub splenda with Whey protein, I hope they gave you a new one cause I DRANK FROM IT!

45 minutes on the drive thru, ridiculous. Got to window and my order isnt even ready yetI went to the Shary Rd location and in and out in less than 10 minutes. This isn't the first time this happens. This franchise needs more locations or more employees to help out.

Great service. I wasn't sure what to order for my wife since she was at work. I was recommended the Bahama mama and she loved it...which is what it counts.
The guy was zero friendly i order a salad to go they took a long time and they gave it to me without a dressing I had to stop and buy a dressing at the gas station. They didn’t give me any utensils

I use Doordash and I appreciate the way they make a basic pb& banana sandwich taste gourmet. I could never replicate and that's why I enjoy this cafe! Wish smoothies had different sizes! If they do they need to be on the app. 🤞
This spot is a total gem if you want fast food that’s hecho con amor. The quesadillas are super good, the acaí bowl is amazing, and everything tastes bien fresco. The staff is super friendly and gets your order out fast, even when it’s packed. It’s not your typical fast food it’s like they put the right amount sazón into everything. Plus, the place is clean and has good vibes. If you’re craving something good and quick, this is the spot to hit up. ¡Muy recomendado!
