Went in Drive Thru, the staff members were absolutely slow. Took their sweet time preparing the order and to charge us. The staff member that took our order was rude and cold, terrible customer service. It was a lady with glasses, long brown hair. The other staff member had shoulder length blonde hair. Came around 8 pm if the place needs to check who was scheduled. Won't be returning. The receipt shows that the server is Tiffany R

I placed an order at 12:11 and it was ready until 12:50. The problem was that the app told me that the food was ready at 12:21. I had to wait more than 20 minutes and I was in a hurry. I just wasted my time

My favorite valley tropical smoothie. Management and workers have all always provided a positive experience. This location is conveniently located close to my work so I come here often. Download the app to get a free smoothie and scan the receipt for points towards free menu items. Do the survey at the end to get a big discount on a smoothie sandwich combo. Manager greeted me and even gave me a buy one get one free smoothie card! On Sundays from opening to 10:59 am smoothies are half off! This place helps introduce you to healthy meal options and they taste so good. Easy way to eat a healthy good tasting meal especially if very busy and on the go. Love the avocolada smoothie :)

This place closes dining room early consistently. Chairs up on the tables and open sign off just after 9pm when the location closes at 10p for inside. I have tried three times in the last two months. Three strikes you're out. I would highly suggest leadership to visit the location late evenings or invest in video cameras. Not a welcoming environment. To bad smoothies are good. Staff leaving money on the table.

Ordered the chicken bacon ranch flatbread and a kiwi quencher smoothie. Meal came with a bag of baked lays and enjoyed it all for a light dinner. The smoothie was really good not overly sweet but enough sweetness to feel like a treat. My flatbread was made incorrectly at first, however, the employees quickly fixed it and offered an edible straw for the inconvenience. Customer service done right. I will visit again to try different menu items!

The past two Sundays I've gotten there around 9:20AM and both times have been closed. They say hours of operation on a Sunday is 9AM. I would give them zero stars but it doesn't allow me too.

If I could leave 0 stars I would I was in line for over 40 minutes and they got my order wrong and just wanted to get my smoothie. They couldn’t just give it to me even though I had already paid they had to go look through all the orders and still took so long to give me the smoothie worst experience
