Very bad service by the manager Joe from the McAllen location, refused to service words from his mouth look at cameras because 2 people from our party are Eagles fans and he’s a cowboys fan. Today was eagles versus cowboys, and because those 2 people from our party had enough drinks he decided to cut the tab on everyone in the table. I was looking to watch multiple football games on Sunday and a friend recommended Twin Peaks. I went and Calista, a server, was warm and welcoming. She took the time to show me where the “speak easy” part of the restaurant is. She then sat me at a high top table where I could watch EVERY game!
Calista checked in on me multiple times to make sure my food was as expected and my ice cold drink was refilled if needed. She was personable and professional and a delight.
