The service was terrible and our waitress was not welcoming at all. Once we get our checks we get the mandatory gratuity due to the size of the party. We never received refills, food was late, and the waitress was not friendly. If there's a mandatory gratuity I highly recommend to encourage staff to perform to that standard of the % they are charging. Used to be one of my favorite spots but quality of service has been going down.
Almost walked out due to no one attending us at the host stand for awhile but thankfully the bartender came to seat us at a table and also attend to us while bartending as well. While several wait staff walked around but didn’t help us he came back and took our order and was very prompt and attentive while managing the full bar as well. Called back the restaurant for his name just so I can leave this review to his benefit. He deserves a raise. Thank you Brandon!
We went at 7:45 in a Friday night and had a party of 12. This place is huge and could accommodate us all. You have to wait until 50% of your party is there. We sat inside. It is a bit loud. So if you are wanting a more chill and relaxing vibe and can take the weather, sit outside. They have games and live music.
