Honestly bad service i had ordered ahead of time I got there after the time they had said and my order was still not ready after I got my order which was 20 piece wings we got 19 wings total we had asked for all flats and a extra frys they gave us all drums and they forgot the frys and when we had called back to go get them bc they forgot to place them in the bag they where not seasoned and where soggy

Got a combo last week and paid combo in full. Got to my office and my wings were ROCK HARD. I threw them out and called they said they will give me credit. Came in today and they credited only the wings and wanted to charge me for a ranch. horrible service and horrible food prep go to another wingstop.

It is Utterly ridiculous that when you order online, 3 hours ahead of time, your order is still 45 min late. Watching some people pick up their orders that arrived and ordered after I've been sitting waiting for my Togo order for 15 min is absurd. Would not under any circumstances recommend ordering online and expecting that your order would be ready anywhere close to when you expect.
This location is always slow or forgets stuff. Takes a while to get someone’s attention for a question. Then they come back and ask what was the question again. I don’t know if that’s intentional or they are that slow here. If it it’s intentional, the. They are very rude.

Estella the manager is HORRIBLE!! My family and I spent over $100 here and I asked for 1 carrot. They started to charge me for 1 carrot. The service sucks. They took forever. The wings were burnt . I order here a lot because it's the closest location I can doordash from but every single time I order there's either the wrong amount of wings or no seasoning on the fries. 😭 My fries are seasonless despite putting "extra seasoning" and my wings were barely tossed.
