Was in the McKinney establishment went thru drive thru. Ordered 2 beef and chedders with med curly fry. Got home only had 1 beef and chedders and a small curly fry. Now 20 attempted calls later with them hanging up on me or ignoring all my calls. They better do something tonight either give me money back or another meal on them. Guess they are all about stealing money. No reply from them in a week now.

I have come to this Arby’s several times over the last month just to get the deal they advertise 4 sandwiches for $10. I drive 30 minutes each way to get this deal, and when I goto the drive thru and wait for 10-20 minutes saying hello asking for someone to respond and get no answer. Earlier this week my pregnant wife wanted Arby’s for just fry’s and waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no response and she does not want to leave the car so she waits and no one will respond so she left. I end up going there and get the same treatment when I went in the employees are on the phone watching face book and instagram post and still did not want to help me. I drive another 15 minutes to McDermott to get dinner. What a shame. I am going to continue going and record them not responding till corporate zones in and fixes things. More post to come on my way now, I hope I don’t have to post a 20 minute video from the drive thru!

Potatoe cakes were still frozen in the middle. The onion bun had Arby's sauce on the bottom, and it didn't even taste like a beef & Cheddar. I would have gone back in and complained, but I didn't want to take the time as it was just a quick stop for a meal. I wanted to get back to Tulsa as we were already running behind.

Haven't been to Arby's in years,so decided to try it out.The service was great.It looked pretty clean.So I got some chicken sliders 1 Buffalo and the other just like chicken strip.Got jalapeño poppers,never had them from there but I can say they are way better thank Jack in the box & from Sonic.And the premium nugget are very very good.So sure will go back again.
I stopped at this location drive thru on my way home around 7:05 pm today 06/29/2024. I ordered 2 smokehouse brisket combo meals and 2 six piece nuggets kids meals. The cashier guy gave me the orders and I checked each meal and noticed that one of the 6 piece nuggets meal only had 4 nuggets in it. I told the cashier guy about this and he took the nuggets from me pretending to go correct it, then he came back and said they initially gave me 6 pieces not 4. I told him they did not gave me 6 pieces in that order, they gave me 4 pieces, and I asked him why would I lie about 2 nuggets. He then told me that they don’t have anymore nuggets, they would need to make more. He didn’t even offered to refund me the difference. I guess they gave me 4 pieces because they were out of nuggets and that’s all they had left, but they should have advised me of this and charged me accordingly for 4 pieces instead of lying that they gave me 6 pieces. My order was short and I did not get compensated for this. It is also disrespectful to intentionally short someone’s order then tell them that they are lying. This is very unprofessional and unfair.
