I love Arby’s so I was excited to see there was one right around the corner when we moved to the area. I probably would be there once a week if the service wasn’t so awful. I’ve been a total of 3 times in two years of living here because every single one of those times, I’ve been waiting for my order in the drive-thru for no less that 15-20 minutes. This Arby's is in a decently nice area, but the practices at this location seem like they are willing to sacrifice quality for money at any turn. I should have guessed when they stopped being able to accept Amex, but they will serve old fries and roast beef that is stiff and borderline crunchy. It also doesn't help that they consistently don't slice it thinly enough at this location, so when the roast beef is both old and too thick it is a pretty gross combination.
