This past week I stopped by this location for the first time in the morning before my classes, and upon walking in I was greeting with a very nice and respectful employee, Chris. She had outstanding professionalism and attitude while walking me through the menu, and asking me what I liked, which everything looked amazing. Along with amazing choices from the menu, the stores cleanliness was spot on! I ended up getting a pretzel and smoothie which I have to say the pretzel was fresh!...
I say this location has definitely turned itself around!! It’s been a few months since I have visited cause it lacked everything essentially. Stopped by Wednesday morning before heading to work, grabbed my self a smoothie bowl. CHRIS was very helpful explaining the bowls and was very professional and Welcoming. That bowl was outstanding I say! Definitely was able to enjoy it, looks like it was a true açaí bowl! :-)
I have been to this location many times and have never had an issue. This time, we had to wait for the pretzels to finish baking. That was not an issue. The issue was we both received burnt pretzels. They were not good at all. We live on the other side of McKinney from this location, that’s why I didn’t turn right around to let them know.
