Staff had the biggest attitude ever, got our order wrong and gave us attitude for that, and the cones they gave us were squishy???? Actually so annoying.

Went to purchase ice cream for my little sister on the grocery side. Weird white man eyeballing the group of Indians in the store like he has never seen one before! Like totally not doing his job just staring disrespectfully ignoring his customers, his job, to judge. I am black and the people who were in the store were darker then me so I know he treats ALL people of color INDIAN, black, dark Hispanics you will NOT feel comfortable at this Brahms hire diversity.. or people who are open to it it is 2024.

I travel all over North Texas using Brahms as a go to in many places. This one however (Custer and 380 in McKinney) I will never come back to. This is the most inept staff of people I have encountered in a long while. Management is awful. This statement is based on 3 separate trips to this location over a two month span hoping each time they get a little better. Getting better does not seem to be a possibility at this location.

This is my daughters favorite ice cream place. She loves the shakes there. Her favorite is chocolate and strawberry mix.

Recommended dishes: Ice Cream Cone, Braums Banana Split, Chicken Sandwich, Mint Chocolate Chip Shake, Ice Cream Sundaes, Hot Fudge

No hygiene. All staff do not wear gloves. They make banana split and handle the banana with bare hands with no gloves. No attention to hygiene or cleanliness when preparing food. Surprised as braums usually take good care of hygiene. Please take corrective action!!

This is an okay place for the price. I don’t like the way my burger was made. Looks like they just threw it together and threw it in the bag. My fries tasted old and they were room temperature, not fresh and hot.

I usually only get Black Walmut ice cream, which is reasonable. I only go through the drive. Don't get food from there, so I can't rate anything else
