Had to call around to multiple locations. This is one of the only locations that actually answered their phone. The gentleman was super nice and polite. He let me know they were getting a truck to restock stuff for the SpongeBob meal. So I drove there today and while I’m not a huge fan of the food, this was a special thing I was doing for my son. The place was clean and the manager was awesome. African American lady with braids or locs was managing everything. Orders, the staff, helped me with my Apple Pay giftcard, the front line, the drive-thru, and DoorDash type pickups. Clearly stressful and super busy but she managed to stay polite and friendly and got the orders pushed and the line moving. So while the food wasn’t amazing (it’s fast food so my expectations were low) the service and cleanliness were a total win.

Just left Burger King and they gave me a dry hard fish sandwich! It was trash food! Wish I could take a picture of this trash

Corporations need to stop harming their employees and customers for a couple extra dollars. You force a woman to run both the drive through and inside at the same time but she can't physically be in 2 places. You understand that right? Generally you solve thst problem by hiring 2 people. If you aren't paying enough to attract a 2nd person you need to increase your wages.
My experience was terrible. The service is atrocious because the woman is stressed. She is rude and acts like a customer is an inconvenience to her. This is the real experience in this Burger King. I will not return.
But I am not blaming her. She is trying to get through the day, and probably has a lot of inconsiderate and entitled people giving her attitude all day so she gives it right back, even when its undeserved. She is probably nice and friendly outside of slaving for whatever of the 5 corporations that own Burger King. This existence is what we have been working towards as a society. This is what we want. This is an edit here, her name is April. I may have been wrong, she might be more problematic than I thought. Yall have a serious problem at this store.
I am not innocent. I am not self righteous because I am not any better. I have spent 44 years being blind to my actions and behavior but I atleast try now to be aware of it. This is who we are and whst we do, to people, our environment, our relationships, everything. This is what we as humans do inside this system.
Every single one of us chooses this life. We don't have to choose to keep using each other.
The only people that can actually make a change will never read my words, but even if they did they wouldn't care.
To top it all off the big board advertising the Rodeo Burger combo shows it as having 2 patties. Once you receive it it only has 1 patty though. Thst is pure deception and there is no other way to see it. This is who YOU are Burger King. And you know it just as well as I do. You tell yourselves things to justify what you do but you know deep down you are part of the problem.

from a long 16 hour trip at the Burger King and we just paid over $50 and at the end of the day they didn't want to give us at least 5 freaking sauces it. The employees was very rude they denied us the number to corporate two of the so-called assistant managers came to the front to play in our face it was very rude disrespectful and I'm really uneasy about the food we're about to receive today is very unprofessional an uncouth I would never come to this store again and they just lost a very devoted customer.

*EDIT - The GM Steve called me and I explained my situation. He was very sincere and apologized. He asked if we had the receipt, I told him yes. He said for me to take the receipt to BK and he'd issue a refund. Steve even offered to give us a meal for free. When zi got there Steve had just left so I dealt with the manager. The manager was nicer this time, issued my refund and apologized.
Found a hair in my burger!! AVOID this place. I called the manager, he said I had to show him a picture with the hair in the burger to get a refund. I told him after I found the hair in my burger I threw it away. Who is going to take a picture?

Well we waited an incredibly long time and managed to grab a picture of the staff huddled around a phone watching TikTok. Overall food was expensive and about what you’d expect for fast food🤷🏻♂️

My sandwich was nice and hot, but the French fries were mixed with cold and hot fries, a big disappointment.
I always enjoy eating here. All the workers here have been very accommodating. And I always look forward to seeing Cindy and April when I go there, although they are all very nice. I only go to places where I feel welcome. This place fits the bill!!

This place wasn’t fast at all. I was waiting at the counter for over 5 minutes before someone came from the back to help me. The customer service is terrible. No greetings. Not sure who’s in charge but everyone here needs to be coached

Not sure what is going on at this burger king. I guess they are planning on closing. Since they have stopped doing most of the breakfast specials, business didn't seem to be that good already. I guess higher prices will solve that problem.
