The meat is not fresh i don’t know how long it stays there , it smelled really bad before you eat it try to smell it and I asked to talk to with a supervisor the lady came she was very rude and aggressive her name is Veronica ! Instead of apologizing she was arguing about everything.

Orders ahead on the app. Arrived 10min after placing mobile order and waited 18 more minutes for my “fast food”. Saturday afternoon should be staffed. Big waste of time and money.

First time eating at this location. We ordered our food on the website and went to picked it up in the drive thru. They had us pull forward and waited good 25 minutes for them to bring us the wrong order.

Smelled obscenely good for drive home- unsure what chemical made our vehicle doused in such aroma; but something genetically modified. Lady at.window was fun and efficient worker.

Worse place ever,. They have the kiosks but the Cashiers are ignorant at taking cash payments never ever coming back

On Sunday, November 17th, around 1:10 PM, I placed a mobile order at McDonald's, thinking I could quickly pick up a couple of chicken sandwich meals since I was running late for work. I waited in the pickup queue in my car, and despite there being only two cars ahead of me, it took 20 minutes to receive my order.

When I finally got my food, I casually asked the server what had caused the delay. However, she ignored my question and shut the window without responding.

As for the meal itself, it was a complete disappointment. The fries were unsalted, the Sprite tasted bland and lacked sweetness (possibly an issue with the soda machine), and the new Fiery Sandwich wasn’t spicy at all. Everything was off!

This was by far my worst experience, and I regret not choosing McDonalds that day.

When I went to the first window to pay I waited for the associate to open the window and accept my card. She never acknowledged me or opened the window to say anything so I assumed that I needed to pay at the second window.

When I got to the second window the second associate asked me did I pay and I said ‘no the lady never opened the window to take my payment’ the second associate had an attitude and said ‘well she’s taking orders’. That’s understandable but the associate at the first window could have at least opened the window and said ‘give me a minute’ or asked for me to wait. Also the first associate at the first window was talking to another associate, saw that I was at the window waiting, then began taking other customers orders.

After the interaction with the second associate at the second window she handed me the food and drink and did not speak.

Please work on communication and how to greet customers moving forward. Thanks!
