We were there with a large group, and had good service, food and atmosphere! I was a little surprised because it’s at an ice rink, but someone had suggested we check it out and we’re glad we did! Staff were friendly and welcoming! We had pizza, chicken quesadillas, wings and boneless wings, freshly made and very good! We will definitely be back when we’re in town!

Very poor customer service and unsanitary practice from Crystal (cashier at the concession food area). I stood there for over 3 min and watched her just eat food and not come to the register to take my order. She literally stood about 5 feet from me ,behind the register just eating. We locked eyes and she just still stood there while on the clock eating and not taking orders. She didn't even try to maybe hide in the back and eat- just eating in front where they take orders.
Initially I thought maybe she was not the cashier; I thought maybe she was one of the back room preps, or maybe a janitor, because I can't imagine someone just standing there in the open eating food while customers stood in line.
She eventually came to the register and didn't wash her hands. I saw her stuffing food in her mouth to where her hands touched inside her mouth.
My kid was begging for popcorn and against my better judgment, I ordered the popcorn and Crstal literally had her fingers inside the popcorn bag. The same fingers she was stuffing food in her mouth.
Rather than grabbing the popcorn and holding it by its body, she held the rim of the bag and her fingers were literally inside the bag- while the popcorn touched her fingers. Needless to say we did not purchase the popcorn.
If she does this in front of customers, I can only imagine what goes on behind the counter where we can't see.
She was also very unwelcoming and had poor customer service.
The only good thing about my experience here, was Carly ( I think she may have been the manager). She has great customer service and was kind.

cool place, but service is terrible. she 15 minutes, we had to go ask for a menu, and then get the response "yeah, sure". Was never even greeted. bartender just sat behind the bar on her phone, flirting with the guys at the bar. didn't even acknowledge us.
Service has no comparison, they are simply the best!!!
I love the drinks in here and don’t let go the quesadillas, or the wings or the pizza.
I just loved it!

Great place to stop and hang out for a bite and a bit of fun. Good selection of liquid refreshments. The addition of a limited food menu after 9 is a big plus. There again, a nice selection complements the overall atmosphere and beverage choices.
Whether you've just gotten done playing, or watching some local hockey talents do their thing on the ice, or you just need to grab a bite (before 11:00) it hits the spot, does the trick, meets your needs.

Great environment and pours! Taylor the bartender was super personable and friendly. Bringing friends with me every time I’m in the area.

Our child was invited to an ice skating party at this venue. We saw this establishment and decided to sit and wait for the party to end versus driving home. We were warmly greeted, ordered a couple of cocktails and some food. Frito Chili Pie and Philly Cheeseteak Eggrolls were so good. The service was great, and we'd come back even if we weren't at a hockey or skate event. It was a chill vibe for a Sunday afternoon. We could also keep an eye on our child as she skated. She didn't want us killing her vibe during the party but the rinks are viewable from this spot.

One time I had the fried ravioli & went on to win 3 rounds in laser tag that evening… are the two correlated? I’d like to think so, they also sling the best spiretee in town.
