It is nice but obviously I didn't want to be there
Easy to find. Had Jury duty at the court house. Make sure to bring a sweater..very cold in the Jury room. Organized.

The Collin County Courthouse offers essential legal services but has areas for improvement. The cafeteria and its staff are great, and the security guards are nice. However, there are concerns about security protocols and parking arrangements. The building is immaculate, well-organized, and tech-equipped, featuring comfortable courtrooms. Yet, the security checks and restrictions, such as not allowing water bottles or bringing items like pocketknives and vapes, can be inconvenient and raise safety concerns. Many reviews point out the parking lot's scarcity of shade and how spread out it is, requiring individuals to be prepared to walk in the heat. Moreover, the lack of separate parking for employees presents safety issues as they share spaces with defendants and court participants. Despite these significant concerns, the courthouse remains beautiful, and the courteous staff contributes to a generally positive atmosphere. Addressing the security and parking issues would greatly enhance the overall experience for everyone.
