Whoever isn't giving Cookie's 5 stars has serious issues. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, it does not get better, or as good, as Cookie's. Their steak Street tacos are amazing, and their chips and salsa (which costs extra, FYI) are so unique and delicious that it's hard to describe. Found out about this place on TikTok and I’m so glad I went. I had the queso birria(w/ lamb meat) and it was so tender! A little underseasoned, but nothing a sprinkle of salt couldn’t fix. The churros w/ sweet cream were hot and fresh! Be careful with this place cause you could eat here everyday lol.
We will be back! This is our new lil date spot. 🫶🏼 the food was SO good I didn’t take a picture because I ate it too fast. I ordered quesabirrias tacos, mango jarritos, and he got the lunch plate with chicken tinga flour tacos 🌮
