On Saturday April 25th, I came in at I wanna say somewhere around 5-8pm with my friend to pick up our cookies. At this time, there were three workers, a girl, a boy with glasses, and a boy without glasses. The boy WITHOUT glasses was not only rude to me, but to the other customers in the store as well. He had a rude tone and not only that but we witnessed him serving us our cookies using his hands instead of the traditional spatulas. Though he had gloves on, my friend and I were hesitant to eat our order, not only because we were offended by the way he treated us, but because we were scared of any cross contamination and germs on our cookies. I’m usually not the type to complain but I’ve never witnessed that in an establishment before, especially crumbl.
