Perfectly average fast food barbecue. The negative reviews I see are delusional people expecting Hutchins or Goldees at McDonald’s prices. Dickey’s is drive thru BBQ, manage your expectations people.
Placed an online order, but ended up having to go pick up. Through no fault of the place no drivers were available. The manager went above and beyond to make things right. Great customer service tonight.
The staff is friendly but they didn't know how to make a brisket baked potato. They simply throw meat on the potato and then expect you to add butter, sour cream, and cheese from a condiments bar. Everyone knows you have to add butter and other items first.
