Got to the dominos when it said the pizza would be ready in 1 more minute. As we’re waiting at the drive through we then get a notification that it just now went in the oven and then the employee came back and told us it just went in. It had been 25 minutes since the order was placed and was supposed to be ready. Then as we park the app then alerts that it’s ready, which obviously it wasn’t. Took another 10 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready, disappointing service. Nothing was offered to remedy the inconvenience of their error, the worker even admitted he had made a mistake on operating the notifications and made us wait longer and STILL nothing was done for the inconvenience.

Very poor service and hygiene. The lady making the pizza wasn’t wearing gloves and handled the toppings with her bare hands. It also felt unfair that a walk-in customer was given priority over my online pre-order. I won’t be visiting again.

Poor service, lies about delivery times. Took over three times the estimated delivery time and ruined dinner. Pizza was cold when it was finally delivered. Store was completely unhelpful. Won't be ordering from Domino's again

Dominos has been my go to pizza place everywhere I have lived but both times I’ve tried this one my pizza has been the most lazily thrown together slop possible
I don’t even know how they somehow gave me a burnt thin crust pizza that wasn’t even hot despite me picking it up the moment it said it was ready, not to mention said pizza was cut horribly, the sauce was all on just one or two pieces in the middle, and the toppings were not half and half at all with a few of the strangely cut slices having just about nothing at all on them.
Maybe I’ll give them one more shot but they’re on strike 2 with me so far and the employees there clearly do not care at all about doing their jobs correctly.

First time coming to this location I see the current reviews at 3.2 but I give everything a fair chance and I recognize greatness when I see it. I appreciate the amazing customer service and a wonderful experience. This location is great.
Food was good but I did not like how general manager treated her employees. She was very rude to them that I felt sorry for them. Dominos should not treat their employees like that. It’s sad.

This McKinney location is horrible. If you order online they will consistently mess up your order. The manager is not brightest and once they mess up your order they will make a new sub par pizza. Shut it down like the Pizza Hut on Eldorado. Domino’s train your employees

Ordered pizza for delivery. The wings were mushy, the pizza was mushy, and the cheesy bread was mushy. I have no idea what happened here. I've never gotten mushy wings, pizza, and bread from Dominos before. Very strange. Will not buy from this location again, unfortunately. Delivery driver was very nice though! So there is that.

I can't remember the name of the young lady that brought our pizza out but we ordered an emergency pizza and went thru the drive thru. She handed us our pizza with a smile as if we paid! Excellent customer service! And then to top it off the pizza we got was the BEST DOMINOES PIZZA WE EVER TASTED!!! We just moved to the area and we will be sure to visit this location again. Thank you kind lady and everyone at this location! We will see you again!
