Y’all I ordered Dunkin Donuts through Uber Eats. I ordered my husband a Coffee Roll, their equivalent to a cinnamon roll… this is what we got. 🤷🏻♀️. I think I’m more disturbed they tried to fool us. This is a vanilla glazed donut with a donut hole stuck in the middle. Disappointed in Dunkin'.
We ordered 3 iced coffees, we asked for extra cream and extra caramel. I noticed our coffees were dark, my husband walked in and told them what we ordered and she did not offer to remake and handed him extra creamer. This store use to be my favorite location, just does not have consistency on the way they make the iced coffee, different way each time you go.
Love the young ladies at this place.

Dunkin' on University Drive in McKinney is a welcoming spot to grab a quick bite or coffee. The friendly and polite staff, led by a courteous manager, ensure a pleasant experience. The store is clean and well-maintained, with limited seats inside and a small patio outside for seating. The drive-thru is quick, and orders are prepared with care. The parking outside is ample and convenient. The sesame bagel remains fresh, with a satisfying crunch and a soft, warm center, while the iced coffee is smooth and refreshing. Staff members are kind and accommodating, often going out of their way to help, such as making special pink sprinkle donuts when they run out. Although the donuts have changed over the years, the sandwiches and coffee remain consistently delicious. With a new team in place, Dunkin' has improved significantly, making it a great spot to visit again.
