Dutch Bros is an amazing place with many great drink options and personally, I think is the best drinks place alongside scooters although scooters offers food options where Dutch Bros does not.

Been here 3 times. Won't be a fourthThe staff is always rude and slow. One time we sat in the drive through for 10 minutes while one of the staff members just talked to a friend of theirs. insane.

The drinks are 9.5/10 but the speed of service is so slow. I’ve been coming to this location since the first day it opened and it has not improved. I can’t get my morning coffee here because it takes so long to get through the line. Best time to come is completely random mid day and I do that when I can. If I see 2 cars in line I hesitate to stop knowing it’s a 15+ minute wait… drinks are so good and the staff is polite. I just wish I could get through more quickly!

I hate this location. They just do whatever they want and the she/they/them on bar made my drink wrong and then instead of remaking it correctly they dumped it in another cup and handed it to me with the look of no emotion. Why would I even complain if the total lack of competency is apparent. They messed both my drinks up and I kept asking why it was so expensive. I didn't find out till after I paid and had to ask for a receipt. Unreal. How come I never have that exp any other location?
