I just wanted to say I had the BEST experience at dutchbros thanks to Nancy! I was having a terrible day, had to run errands, and Nancy not only made an awesome coffee but she stayed and talked to me. I don’t think many people realize what a difference it makes when someone takes time out of their day to chat with you, especially in a drive thru. Nancy is an awesome barista and I will definitely be returning to this location!
I accidentally ordered my coffee from the wrong store through the mobile app, but the staff here were awesome! They were super helpful, fixed the situation, and made sure I still got my order. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to take care of me. Great customer service and a great experience!
