What’s the point of placing an order ahead of time if it’s still not ready at that time? For the 2nd time, I showed up at my pickup time and was told it wld be another 5 minutes. At that point, I might as well go through the drive-thru because it would be faster. This clearly isn’t a one-off — they need to get more consistent with online orders.

Kaleigh, what a champ…
I had 10 different requests and 100 different questions about a drink I wanted to build, she got it done, made my drink and answered every question even after having to do some research to do so. I left and came back to do a correction on it and the whole entire time she kept that a beautiful smile on her face even asking to remake it for me. She said I don’t care how long it takes I just want you to be happy. If that’s not customer service...

I asked for 2 LIGHT ICE large strawberry lemonades......I did drink a little but not enough to fill a whole cup. I usually only ask for one and most of the time I do get light ice but the other times I get full cups of ice. There wasnt a long wait but I dont mind waiting longer to get correct drinks please.
Edit: the ice in the sink came from the cup full of the drink. I took out most of the ice and combined both drinks into one cup🤨
