It’s dirty and poor service. Food is about IHOP quality.
First time here and the coffee cups on the table had dried food stuck to the exterior and interior of the cups. There were dirty spills on the floor, the bathroom was gross & not cleaned regularly.
We had to flag down the bus lady to get refills on a coffee, after asking the waitress multiple times for refill. We even flagged down other waiters to get refills, they would head shake yes that they would get...read full review
I don't feel comfortable giving them a rating of '1'! Honestly, they deserve a '0'! I am 82 years old, live alone, and eat breakfast out almost everyday. About a year or so ago, I ate at this cafe for about 3 years straight! Of course, during that period, it had a great owner and great management.
