Finally made my way to Franconia and well worth wait — started with a flight and got a couple of pints after… great service, friendly owner and awesome selection of beers… looking forward when they open a taproom in downtown McKinney. 5 stars in my book
This is a nice local brewery, they have a lot of different options including some specialty beers that are quite unique. They also have a peach and pineapple flavored/infused beer that is light and easy to drink. They have a cool little hang out area with tables and chairs, I was here for a small event and it seemed to work well. When you're driving up you're going to be driving through a lot of warehouses but just keep going, you'll see it at the end of the road.

Stopped in on a Saturday during Oktoberfest. Scooter was running the taproom and so helpful on the different beer styles! Even got a sample from the Oktoberfest vat coming in 2 weeks (translation: freshest of the freshest Oktoberfest)!
