This was my favorite Chinese restaurant when I lived in McKinney. I moved away but recently visited the area, so I had to visit Goody! I was remembered & treated like an old friend who is royalty. Portions have always been great; order is always accurate, prices very fair, and friendly service. I highly recommend getting BOTH their hot & sour and egg drop-wonton soups... then mixing at least one bowl of them together for a special treat. I usually get their Garlic Chicken with a side of extra sauce, and a side of lo main noodles. ?❣️

This was my first time here. You have to pay before you get your food. What if you don't like it then what? Their menu said they had roasted pork ribs which they don't. They need to update the menu. I had the garlic beef and fried rice. It had no flavor. I had to put soy sauce on the rice to give it flavor. I don't recommend this place.

Probably the best Chinese food around. Really reasonable prices and the portions are huge. I can make 3 meals out of one entree. It's not really a sit down type of place. I usually pick it up or use door dash. They have never disappointed me.
I tried to order off their website for delivery I called an hour later got told they don’t have delivery even though the website says they do so I go pick up my order it wasn’t even started they did not seem to care so good luck with business I’ll tell people not to

I have been a fan of Goody's for years. We found them when we first moved back to Texas after a sojourn in Yankee land. Bearing in mind that the store is primarily for take out since Covid, do not expect Gordon Ramsey service. But I have found the food consistently good to excellent. The service is friendly and prompt. The cost is reasonable. IMO the low ratings given by others are undeserved.
Stopped here on my way home from work and was craving some food had tried this place before and I liked it I started eating my meal and since I don’t like celery I started removing it after taking. Few bites to get it out the way and to my surprise I find what seems like pubic
