She called restaurant and given some instructions and it was very much followed by the restaurant kitchen. The taste and the quality are good with good quantity too. Main thing we asked them to use very less oil while cooking and it was absolutely the same when we received the food. “Enjoyed a fantastic iftar buffet at nizam’s biryaniwala The variety of dishes was impressive, with everything from traditional favorites to international flavors. The food was fresh, well-seasoned, and served hot. The desserts were a highlight, especially kaddu ki kheer . The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing iftar. Service was attentive, and the bhagya sri she made sure everything was replenished on time. Great value for money—highly recommend!”“

“Environment was great, clean dining area. Food was great as well. One thing we didn’t like is that they automatically added gratuity on the check! It’s a practice in the restaurant industry that when there is a larger group, gratuity may be added. But we were only family of 4! We would surely tip them good since we were happy food and service. But this thing really upset us. And when we gave card, the waitress came back with authorization receipt where they have again the tip field added with recommended tip amount listed! Not sure if it’s their regular practice!“

“Amazing food and customer service“

“I had never been here before and the service here was amazing. We were greeted instantly and were given two menus one with the menu options and another with pictures of several things and descriptions of what each item was. It was super helpful. We ordered based off of their top 5 recommendations (ordering 3/5 things). The food was politely brought out to our table and we were checked on like 3 times. We ran out of naan and they brought us some more and didn’t even charge us. They chit chatted a bit and told us their business hours so we knew when to come back. They even offered us another drink before leaving on our way out and said stay warm have a good night. I haven’t had service like this from Anywhere in like a year with covid going on and this isn’t even a normal restaurant but more of a carry out and food delivery place. Very impressed and I will be back. They appreciated our business and I like that.“

“As it started getting cold, they serve this chicken corn soup which is perfect with its seasoning , amount of chicken and portion . Excellent tasting soup. Also, the serve is always best when this nice lady is there with big smile greeting us , Ayesha is best . She genuinely cares for her customer. The more we come here for her services than anything else .“
