Food is great. The samsa are like soup dumplings but not dumplings. Lamb with a strong taste, so they may not be for everyone. I thoroughly enjoyed the hand-pulled noodles in the spicy laghman. The vegetable/meat medley is flavorful and it’s not a sharp heat, but rather one that gradually layers on your tongue. The Chopped Guyro Laghman relying on freshly pulled noodles provided an enviable texture. I chose chopped meat which was caramelized but still tender. It was deeply aromatic with a blend of spices (not hot) that left a satisfying punch.
