I brought my toddler here last month for the first time. The food was good and play area was nice, however, after a while there were preteens playing in the child area (those parents were not present, I was with my toddler the whole time). My toddler was ultimately hit in the face by a football.
I alerted staff who did nothing. I then sent a Facebook message. No response to this day.

We had our sons birthday party at the McKinney location. The staff was absolutely amazing! They had our food ready for us, made sure it was set up & checked on us throughout the party. The food was perfect, the kids loved the playground & they had the heaters on outside due to cold weather. Great atmosphere for any meal.
